To my chicka Chandra for completing her Marathon this morning! But send her love for not only that, but in hopes that her foot is ok!!! Hope the doctor visit goes well tomorrow!
Quick post of the rest of my eats today…this chicka is tired!
I didn’t have a real lunch today as I snacked my way through the day…
Midmorning I had an apple and a handful of cashews…
And then a nice handful of my dark chocolate covered cranberries…to die fo!
I spent the afternoon watching no hawks at the tower, and decided my exercise today would be a bike ride! I rode to the tower (2.5 miles) and then afterwards took a nice ride down the road into some of the neighborhoods, back along the bay and then home…which came to a total of 45 minutes! It sure didn’t seem that long…but I loved every second of it…so soothing! I definitely needed it after the morning I had! Whew!
I came back to do some ST and did:
- 20 pushups
- 50 crunches
- 50 reverse curls
- 50 bridge poses
- 35 bicycle crunches
All times two. Cleaned up and food! I was a STARVING!
FO wrap w/ chickpeas, laughing cow cheese, salsa, tomato slices, spinach
a carrot with leftover hummus
a white peach, and a kiwi.
Nom nom.
And of course I couldn’t finish off the day w/o dessert (though technically I guess I had it earlier with all the chocolate cranberries!): a mix of cinnamon grahams, kashi sunshine, a few chocolate pretzels, cashews and m&m’s…I know you want some. :)
Beddy bed time!

I do want some of your makeshift cereal mix. I can no longer buy Honey Sunshine. The last box barely lasted 24 hours.
That wrap looks awesome :)
I've never tried TJ's chocolate things (except the straight-up bars) but you always get the best things!
Mmm, chocolate covered cranberries sound delicious! So do those chocolate pretzels... heck, I guess I'm a sucker for chocolate anything ;) Have a lovely day!
