Too Much To Do!!!

Eek…picture post for you all as I try to cram what consists of my life into two boxes, a suitcase and a sleeping bagAwesome right?  I know you wish you lived your life, moving around like I do. :)  Gotta love it!

Breakfast: Cheerios, Banana, Amazing Grass Bar

Workout: 10 mile bike ride, 3 minute sprint, Strength Training Session:

  • 20 pushups
  • 50 bicycle crunches
  • 60 crunches
  • 60 reverse curls
  • 60 bridge poses
  • 30 laying down side leg lifts (each leg)
  • 40 laying down inner leg lifts (each leg)
  • 20 squats
  • 30 bicep curls (3 lb weight; all I have!)
  • 30 tricep curls (3 lb weight)
  • 30…I don’t know what to call them.  Lift weight over head!
  • 30 kickbacks
  • 35 second planks

All done twice!

Dinner: Mango, Veggies in Marinara wtih Quorn Cutlet, Spinach, Unpictured Salt and Line Tostitos Chips (only 3)

Off to pack a bit more and work on my project that I mentioned, oh, a month ago??  I’ve been on a roll lately!  Yay!

I’ll try to write tomorrow, if not, look for my Pre-1/2 Marathon post from the Riverwalk San Antonio Saturday Night and for a Post-1/2 Marathon Post  on Sunday!!!

I will check out your pre-1/2 marathon posts...but first...what do you use on your PB & Cranberry sandwich?! Cranberry sauce?! That sounds SO good! Or cranberry butter? I need to know! ;)
