I found these bars when I went to the Pre-race Expo for the San Antonio Rock n’ Roll 1/2 Marathon back in November and after having a few small samples, couldn’t help but ask if I might have a few to review for my blog! I tried out the Chocolate PB Flavor back in December and reviewed on the blog how much I loved it! I also tried the Cranberry Nut Bar when I was in Orlando the other weekend and really enjoyed that one too! I can’t believe how much flavor these bars have and how they’re not too sweet! And props that they hold their shape too!
Anyhow, I’ve got a bit of info to share with you about their bars from their website to entice you to enter the giveaway. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
The Forze GPS bars come in 4 different flavors and each range between 150-160 calories per bar:
- Cranberry Nut
- Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Caramel Chocolate
- Chocolate Decadence
From the website, it explains how the bars work, with their ultimate goal of being able to keep you satiated for longer and help maintain your athletic performance weight:

It also has a very interesting discussion about appetite, the clinical studies, and scientific evidence behind their research for their bars. That’s some dedication right there! I can’t say I’ve seen that for many other bars before!
Forze GPS is actually made by Pacific Health Laboratories, who also created and sell Accelerade and Endurox products!

I just had knee surgery from a sports injury. My favorite form of exercise is playing ultimate frisbee (which is how I got injured). It's so fun because you're running like crazy (think soccer) but you aren't paying attention to how tired you are. I'm still recovering, but I could definitely use some bars to fuel my physical therapy workouts!!!
I really like to take long weekend 1/2 marathon walks around the city of Seattle.
