Yippee!

It’s the weekend!!!

And where am I headed to?  You’ll find out…tomorrow.  Maybe.

I don’t know that I’ll be able to blog, but you’ll eventually hear about it on Sunday. ;)  I’m ubber excited for the whole event!  Can you guess what I’m going to do?!

But guess what has me in THE BEST MOOD tonight?!?!?!?!?  My biggest confidence booster:

Oh Target how I love thee…and your help with my bikini buying obsession.

This one only cost me $8.  It was on clearance.  All I have to do is fix a hole in the side of the top.  And it’s hot pink. How fun is that?

But this is definitely my favorite of the twoThe green is gorgeous and I love that the black and white design is displayed on the back of the bottom instead of the customary black.

After posting about my bikinis as a confidence booster I was dumb and forgot to ask, is there anything that helps you boost your confidence?  Maybe that new eye shadow in a different color?  Or that perfect pair of jeans you found?

~~

Today was a long day…after working 15 hrs yesterday somehow I couldn’t sleep.  Yep, go figure right?  I fell asleep at 11.30 and oddly enough, was up by 12.15 and wide awake.  Damn.  I tried for a while to get my brain to calm down and finally passed out at 2am…only to wake up at 6am since I’ve been waking up that early the past few weeks.

I didn’t have to be ready to leave until 10 so I went for a 3.6 mile jog and did a bunch of ST moves out of the two new Fitness Magazines my Mom sent me in my care package yesterday.  I should have tried to stay asleep…the whole thing was no fun.

But I sure did fuel up well afterwards!  Try Fage Greek Yogurt, a pear, strawberries, 2T Back to Nature Granola and 1T AB.

And then I left for field work.  It was a long day again but I laughed my way through it…since I was falling into gator holes and down gator trails…joy!  And doped up on coffee. If you know me, I never drink coffee.  Unless I’m traveling across the country driving 12hrs a day.  Blahhhh….

I brought along my lunch knowing we’d be out there for a while: Rudi’s Cinnamon Raisin Bagel w/ PB and a banana.

Oh tree islands with gators and gator holes…

1003190016

While driving home I had a snack that I had hoped would tide me over for the two hour drive and store run back home…but didn’t.  I was still starving.

We eventually got home and I cleaned up since I was covered in Everglades muck, blogged a bit and finally got set on dinner.  It was a mix of things I just needed to eat.

I sautéed garlic, onions, watercress, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, broccoli, okra and a veggie burger together with some soy sauce…

and had two pieces of toast with hummus on the side.

What a mix of two food worlds eh?  Haha.  Freak’n rocked my socks.

And finished off the night with some dark chocolate peanut m&m’s.  And Target.

Life is content.

BED!  And fun tomorrow!!!

to be honest, i hate my appearance now...hate it.
but its not that i think i am fat...its the opposite...i hate the dreary, pale skin...the dead eyes and dry skin...the scraggly dull hair....the frame that is a boy and bony...
drives me nuts...the previous two times i gained weight, it was fast and on quick
this time things are all a mess...particularly hard mentally when i absolutely just cannot exercise!
in the meantime your eats are wonderful...and bikinis?...want some snow? seriously :)

Hm...you are headed to...I really don't know. Not here because there is no reason to wear bikinis in the Midwest. Sad times.

You should come here and go bikini shopping with me because I hate bathing suits and in need of a confidence booster!

I can't wait to see where you went today!!!

Target is my love. I walked through the bikini section the other day (and thought of you, ha!) and they had the CUTEST stuff! But I somehow resisted... somehow :)

Love the swimsuits - so cute!

And Rudi's bagels are quite yummy - I haven't had any in awhile. I think it's time to re-stock.

Where'd you go girly? Spill the beans! Cute suits and even BETTER since they were such a good deal. I get a high just off getting things super cheap haha.

Good clothing is definitely always a good booster. That and a good hair day sure help :)

SUPER cute new suits! Love them both. And I love targets suits too.... :) I usually gain my confidence from tough workouts, I appreciate my body more, thus loving it more after it gets me through some majorly hard.
