3,000.65

That’s how many miles it took me to get home.

What a long ride…

I’ve only got a few hours at home before I have to head off to my new job up in the mountains tomorrow afternoon, so I’m off to spend some quality time with my parents!

And thank you all for the wonderful and very insightful comments to not only me but many others about whether or not I should step on the scale tomorrow morning.  As of right now, I’m a complete NO on stepping on it; I feel like in the position my mind is in right now, it will only bring me more harm and guilt I’ve already built up.  Besides, why do I want to have that looming over my head when I’m going to need all the brain cells I have to learn all about my new job!?  Right?!

I hope you’ve all got great Friday night and weekend plans!  I can’t wait to finally catch up on Google reader!  I promise I’m trying!

I think you made a very wise decision. The number on the scale is completely unimportant anyway. It's how you feel... time to get away from those guilty thoughts. Good luck with your new job. I'm sure you'll do great!

glad you made it! hope you decided to stick with your decision of not weighing yourself, every time we subject ourselves to that totally useless hunk of metal i think somehow the demons won! lol! that being said i did weigh myself this morning, not gonna lie. it's something we BOTH can work on though, ya?
