in Zones…I did Jillian Michaels No Trouble Zones this morning and wholey cracker, 12 hrs later I can barely walk up and down my stairs to get my laundry from the laundry room. Ouch. But it’s totally going to whip this body into shape…now just to decide how often to do it because I can’t stand that woman’s voice. No wonder I don’t watch TBL.
for work…No flat tires today! Yay! But I don’t want to jinx myself! Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
for computers…The one I got back? FAIL. It has the same problem and we can’t figure out why. So I demanded a completely new computer or I wanted a full refund. I’m getting a completely new computer. And if that one doesn’t work, then someone is going to get their ass kicked; no joke.
for blogging…well, who knows about that one…
in therapy…I finally got to see her after two weeks and it was far too long. There was so much that happened the past two weeks that I was about to burst at the seems. I felt so much better after talking to her…but yet again I’ve been slapped in the face with more troubling news in other parts of my life, but I’m just keeping my fingers crossed, and toes, and legs, and eyes, if you get my drift.
Anyhow, lets talk about food, that’s much more interesting and happy!
I should have had something more fun for breakfast since I have the time to make it, but I didn’t. I like my staples, what can I say?
I’m trying to use up all my fresh fruits so don’t be surprised for a repeat of this…like, tomorrow. :) Peach, strawberries, naturally more pb and cinnamon h2h.
And then it was out to get my tire and get my freak’n surveys done!!! It was actually much cooler today so doing them was enjoyable, along with the scent of pines and furs blowing in my hair…ahhh…
Oh, and dirt. Because you can’t work in the desert without dirt. I packed this for yesterday actually but used it today in the name of not wasting food: pb and banana wrap w/ cinnamon. I know, I’m boring. I promise this weekend will be way more interesting! There were also some grapes consumed in there.
Oh the joys of how renewable energy changes scenery so much…
Anyhow, I slammed down two cups of coffee this afternoon after a late delivery last night for work and snacked on a chocolate chip and raspberry muffin with a fuji apple…under golden eagles and red-tailed hawks. The life of a birder.
Therapy happened, then laundry, and dinner. I’m using up leftovers of course, so a big salad filled with veggies, a mock turkey burger and TJ’s wheat crackers on the side (that I ended up breaking into the salad)…just the clean eating I needed!
And because I don’t deny myself, I had dessert filled with chocolate. I thought maybe it was just the first one, but I’ve decided I don’t like Oikos Chocolate GY. The ones I have taste like dry red wine…and I checked the dates, they’re not bad. Anyone else feel like this? I only ate half my dessert, which consisted of the GY, a few TJ’s Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips and a piece of Walnut Blueberry Bread.
I just couldn’t stand the taste of the yogurt anymore. Hated to waste it but really, why eat something you don’t like, right? Yep, I’m finally getting a hang of eating…again. :)
Hopefully everything will go well tomorrow and I’ll arrive home safely at night to take off for HLS Friday morning!! Yay!
[[Side Note: Insight
I’m so excited to start this series! Anyone else joining me? Or you just going to enjoy my quirky answers? Hehe! Here’s to day one!
Guilty Pleasures
I have lots of guilty pleasures that range anywhere from food to books to clothes and activities. It’s a big world so it’s not hard to find something as a guilty pleasure!
-I read romance novels. Not like Harlequin Romance, but books by Nora Roberts and Sandra Brown. I think I’m envious of the love these woman find and are so strong. Truthfully, I hate being single and these ladies make me jealous. Is that bad? LOL.
-Chocolate. Ok, probably not much of a guilty pleasure because I eat it daily, but more of the form it comes in. Chocolate in the form of truffles, mousse, puddings…now that, is my guilty pleasure. Oh my oh my…
-I’m a sucker for the Bad Girls Club. And Real Housewives. Those women are just freak’n crazy! Oh, and teenage drama series like Secret Life and Make It Or Break It. I live vicariously through these girls too…I want the hot, sweet boy damnit!
Those are just a few, and I’m sure I have more I just can’t think of them. So come on now, spill!
What’s your guilty pleasures!? ]]

Jut a tip about Jillian Michaels dvds, I mute them so I don't have to hear her talk! Then I play my own music over the dvd and it is much more fun to workout to. :)
