If you thought you liked the Peppermint Oreo Bark, wait until you get a load of this recipe! Another one borrowed from the chocolate store…your taste buds will love you forever; I promise.
Ingredients:
- 24 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/2 pound mini marshmallows (aka 1/2 a bag)
- 1 1/4 C smooth peanut butter
- 10 C rice krispies
- 1/2 bag mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. This is a fast moving recipe, so have everything opened, measured, and assembled beforehand (ie measure out pb, marshmallows and rice krispies).
2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until smooth and melted through. Quickly add in the peanut butter and stir until it melts and combines with the chocolate. Add in marshmallows.
3. Add in rice krispies and stir until everything is thoroughly covered.
4. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spay with the slightest bit of PAM. Dump the rice krispie mixture onto the wax paper and spread evenly over the surface.
5. Take mini chocolate chips and sprinkle evenly over the top of the cereal mixture.
6. Let sit at room temperature until hardened. Using a sharp knife, cut into desired size pieces.
Enjoy!
