I totally had leftovers this weekend of my blueberry cornmeal pancakes, which I topped with pb and 1/2 a heated apple.  Such a great meal, especially on a weekday!

The field was absolutely gorgeous today.  The sun was out, there was a slight strong breeze and look!

This is what I got to dig out of the closet!  Excuse my ugly feet…I’ve never had a pedicure in my life…nor will I ever. Waste of money to me!

Sandals!! Yay!!!

My breakfast kept me full for almost 5 hours (wow!) before I dug into my tasty lunch!  I started off with the other half of my apple and a two clementine

And a wrap I would replicate everyday if I could.  I used a WW flaxseed wrap with hummus and the tj’s red pepper spread, all with cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce.  Was soooo good!  I loved the combo of the hummus and red pepper spread!

Then I had to wait half the afternoon for this to pass…man it was one long train! I even turned off the car to wait!

I was home a few hours later with a grumbling belly so I snacked on some carrots (there was actually 3x that, but I ate some on the drive home) with a Banana Walnut Muffin.  Queen of snacks I am.

I snacked on a handful of dried cherries a bit later, took a nap, did some research and finally got my butt off the floor to get in a run.  I was dreading it, but knew I would feel good afterwards, so I pounded out 4.25 miles in 39 minutes! I thought I was dragging but I guess not!

I had to hurry and clean up because I was meeting all my coworkers at the latin fusion restaurant in town, where I snacked on two pieces of ciabatta with some dip and ordered the veggie kabobs, black beans and rice.  I didn’t eat the plantains on there, but ate almost everything else!  Def a meal to get again if I go there!

I’m now eating an Attune bar and totally ready for bed.  I don’t know what’s making me so tired these days but I feel like I’m trying to get in more sleep than normal…I thought I would need to sleep less with more daylight making it’s way into the picture!  Oh well…

But I’ve got a new project to look forward to tomorrow along with seeing Whit!  Yay!  I haven’t seen him in almost a week!  I miss that boy!

Oo, everything looks so lovely - the scenery - and good and healthy - the food. The hummus wrap, yum!

Are those Chaco's you're rocking on your feet? ;)

Yeah, I've never had a pedicure nor do I plan to get one. Waste. of. Money. Yep!

Girl, let me tell you that if it's not expensive, the pedi is SO worth the money. Two words: foot massage. I've definitely had some sub-par ones that I get irritated about spending my money on, but last week I had one for 20 bucks that included a 10 minute AMAZING calf and foot massage. Bliss.

Of course, if I could convince Mike to rub my feet this would be unnecessary haha, so I should probably try that...

flip flops and sandals always make me super happy too :) :) And I swear- hummus is just amazing on wraps and sandwiches. Love it. Glad you had such a nice dinner out.
